Jordan Chandler almost killed by his father, not interesting enough?!

As some of you know, the man in the picture is Jordan Chandler, the person who accused Michael Jackson of molesting him in 1993. Well, as you can see Jordan has grown up. Jordan lives in NY/NJ with the money he obtained from the settlement in the 1993 case. Many people like Diane *big trunk* Dimond want you to think Jordan's life is going great...in reality Jordan is a legal fight with his father, Evan Chandler. Jordan sued his father because in mid 2005 (now his father is suing him as well) his father tried to KILL HIM. How do I know this? COURT PAPERS. Jordan Chandler accuses his father of hitting him over the head with a 12-pound weight, spraying his eyes with mace and trying to choke him.

Why isn't this information all over TMZ? Why isn't Diane Dimond all over this one? If Diane can find out what underwear Tom Sneddon is wearing, why can't she find out about this case? Perhaps because she may be afraid to know why EVAN CHANDLER would do something like that to his own SON. Perhaps she fears what she will find out. I would think that Evan Chandler trying to take out his son would be ALL OVER THE NEWS. I'm wrong. These folks don't care about Jordan Chandler and what happens to him if it not related to Michael Jackson. But, who says it isn't? Some alleged Evan and Jordan dispute is over money! You know that money they got from Michael Jackson's insurance. I wonder, if Evan Chandler was capable of causing such injuries to his own son over what some allege is money, then why wouldn't he be capable of falsely accusing a rich celebrity to get that money. It seems nothing stands in the way of Evan Chandler. Not even Jordan Chandler.

OMG! It's been so long since I was able to update my lovely blog. You see. I'm moving and I was so busy with the moving and all. My family and I--have great plans for the future. I adopted Diane in 1993, she was such a sweet dog. Never pooped around the house, always barked at the right times. Cute as a baby's smile. One day though, I got her a new brand of food called "Michael Jackson..." Oh lordddd, she lovedddddddddddddddd the food, she would eat it every day! I couldn't even try to change the food, the bitch just knew, which food was Michael Jackson and which was Bobby Brown. She wanted nothing to do with Bobby Brown. I noticed one day my dear dog Diane kept running around the house like crazy! I was worried about her. I then noticed Diane shitting her brains out. There was shit everywhere. I freaked out and screamed, I couldn't believe the bitch shitted all over my place. I realized the food was making my dear dog have chronic diarrhea. Everytime she ate Michael Jackson she ran to the bathroom. I tried to help her, I gave her medicine.

I took her to the doctor! I did everything for her, but she just couldn't stop eating the food that made her sick. She wouldn't eat anything else, nothing else, not even those Priest bones I used to throw her. All she wanted was Michael Jackson brand food. It's been 10 years and my Dog Diane still alive, shitting her brains out though because she's still eating Michael Jackson brand of dog food, however, she is a bit old. My dog may not have much left in her, it seems like she already shitted everything there is to shit. If not, bring it on.

Simply present the facts how I see them and not as they're. January 31, 2006 was also a sad day for America, we lost Coretta Scott King. And how many minutes did Grace dedicate to Mrs. King? I am going to tell you it wasn't 25 minutes. And for 20 plus minutes I saw what civilization has become: Celebrity driven. The 1993 settlement myths

How much did Michael Jackson settled the 1993 lawsuit filed against him by Evan Chandler? We've heard 50, 40, 30, 20 million. For some reason the media has never been able to get the exact number of the settlement. Diane Dimond known for her antics to try to make anything Michael Jackson even bigger than what it was, leaked the actual documents. In the documents one find many interesting things. For example, in the document Michael Jackson denies ever having any sexual contact with Jordan Chandler. And to make things even more interesting, the parents of Jordan Chandler, Evan and June Chandler agreed to that denial. Here that part of the document:

Also, in the document it actually says the Chandlers can only speak of the case in a court of law. For 10 years the media has been spreading the lie that the settlement somehow stopped the Chandlers from testifying against Jackson. Another myth destroyed by the factual document.

another myth that the settlement was for more than 30 million when in fact it was only 15,331,250, both Evan and June Chandler obtained 1.5 million while Larry Feldman obtained 3 million and 10% of the settlement which would bring his earnings to 5 million dollars.

And how much Jordan Chandler got? The most he could've gotten was 8 million dollars. Who leaked this private document? The only party that had this particular document was Lisa Marie Presley's attorney at the time. So who gave it to Diane Dimond? Hmmm.

In 2004, after realizing they weren't going to get any money from MJ the Greedy Team: Larry Feldman and Janet Arvizo decided to file a lawsuit against the Department of Children Services for allegedly leaking a memo, which stated the Arvizos had denied any abuse from Jackson. Larry Feldman then appeared on the Today Show and talked about his anger at the fact the memo was leaked. And he felt it violated the rights of his clients The Arvizos. As many of us know Larry Feldman was also the same lawyer that represented The Chandlers in 1993 and obtained a 15 million dollar settlement in which he kept 5 million dollars. However, sadly for Feldman the 2003 scam didn't go as well as the 1993 scam. He figured all the effort and money he put into the Arvizos he may as well sue someone or some entity. And that entity happened to be the Department of Children Services in Los Angeles. I don't understand why Janet Arvizo was so angry or at least she says at the fact the memo was leaked. Why wasn't she angry at all the salacious stories leaked by the National Enquirer that places her son in sexual positions with an adult? Wouldn't Janet as a mother and adult be more angry at those leaks? Why not sue the National Enquirer? Perhaps because they were the ones who sold those stories to the National Enquirer? Who knows. If Feldman was angry about the rights of his clients been violated, how come he wasn't angry at all the leaks that placed a teenage boy having sex with a man? Was it because the memo had information that proved their allegations of molestation, false imprisonment and kidnapping were all lies? I am sure that was it. Greed is a bitch. Sadly for Feldman, I believe he will die a horrible death. I don't believe for a minute God will allow The Chandlers, The Arvizos, The Francias and Larry Feldman to get away with what they did.

Stanley Katz Psychiatrist for both the Chandlers and the Arvizos. Katz had a legal contract in which it stated he was to obtain a percentage of any money Feldman obtained from Jackson.

Tom Sneddon, prosecutor for the three cases yet failed to file charges for Francia and Chandler. After 1993 Sneddon became obsessed with Michael Jackson; even appearing on a tabloid TV show Hard Copy to discuss one of Jackson's songs.

Diane Dimond tabloid journalist formerly reporter of tabloid TV show Hard Copy. Dimond was used to leak misinformation about the 2003 case. Dimond became involved with Mr. Jackson during the 1993 case. In the mid 90s Diane Dimond and Victor Gutierez were sued by Michael Jackson for claiming there was a video tape of Jackson having sex with a boy. Sold for a better life at Los Alamitos!

Jason Francia sold for 2 million dollars

Biased against Michael Jackson is something that many of us are so used to, we’ve failed to ask some questions. For example, many people foam at the mouth asking “why Michael Jackson settled his cases in 1993? However, I’ve never heard anybody asking this question, “Why the families settled the cases in the 90s.” Why this question isn’t asks more often? Some people act as if Michael Jackson offered money, when in fact he was sued. Why do people sue people? It’s to get money. So who really wanted money? If Evan Chandler had the health and the time to put his teenager through a civil case, which he was willing to do more than once, why couldn’t he take the time to send the guy he said harmed his son to prison? In fact, in 1996 Evan Chandler found the strength, and health to sue Michael Jackson again for close to 60 million dollars. And guess what my friends? In the lawsuit Chandler offered to put his son on the stand during the civil trial, however, the legal statue of limitations on the criminal case had not ran out. Evan Chandler could’ve very well re-open the criminal case and put his son on the stand to testify against Jackson and finally put him in prison (with all the mind-blowing evidence they claimed they had). Once again, Chandler chose the civil route. Diane Dimond foams at the mouth with her “Michael Jackson is guilty” signs on her forehead, but can’t explain why these families fought so weakly to put the guy that allegedly harmed their children in prison. Blanca Francia who claimed her son was molested by Jackson ran to tabloid reporter Diane Dimond to tell her story (Francia got a nice sum by Hard Copy to tell her heartbreaking story), now unless Diane is an undercover cop, I’ll never understand that one. Francia also sold a picture of her son posing with Jackson to tabloid reporters, talk about mother of the year? Why don’t reporters in the media attack the parenting skills of these people? Who knows? Blanca Francia also took the civil route and settled her case for 2 million dollars. I encourage you all to read Blanca Francia and Jason Francia’s testimony during the trial. And you will realize yourself what kind of people walk this earth and perhaps they should not. And then there is the mother of all mothers: Janet Arvizo who just could not come up with an original accusation, but the same accusations she used to accuse two others in the past she used against Jackson as well. Many do not know this but according to court documents shortly before Jackson was charged; Janet Arvizo and Tom Sneddon met in a parking lot to exchange “evidence.” What they've exchanged that day could very well explain why Janet went ahead with the criminal trial. According to court documents Tom Sneddon gave Janet Arvizo documents related to the California Victim State Funds; such funds are for people who claim to have been victims of a crime. Those funds allowed them to receive money for any claim, even if the claim has not been proven to be true. If this wasn’t about money why would she received such documents shortly before going ahead with the criminal case? Janet like others found her way to civil attorney Larry feldman who was also the attorney for the 1993 case. Once again, I guess civil attorney Larry Feldman and “psychologist” Stan Katz are undercover cops because all these accusers just find their way to them. I wonder sometimes? Are these teenagers for sale by the parents? If you believe Michael Jackson bought them, then you have to believe the parents sold them.

Poor "little" brother Star Arvizo (aka, Daniel Jackson) hasn't gotten the attention he deserves. so now, we're going to focus on his testimony, and his testimony alone.

- One of the most memorable moments of Star's testimony, is him insisting during direct examination and cross examination that the "barely legal" magazine shown in a photograph is the same exact magazine that was shown to him and his brother by Michael Jackson, until Mesereau points out a huge factor, that the magazine wasn't even published when the boys where at Neverland and it was published months after they left NL for the very last time.
then of course he goes back and says he meant it was a "barely legal" magazine, just not the same issue.

- Now, three of THE MOST important parts of Star's testimony is him witnessing the alleged molestation :

* first of all, he and many others testified that when someone enters the hallways leading up to Michael Jackson's bedroom, a bell would go off so that Mr.Jackson would be aware that someone is aproaching his bedroom, and Star said that the bell did in fact go off before he witnessed the alleged molestation.

* he says that the lights inside the bedroom were turned off including the ones above the bed where he claims Michael Jackson and his brother were. and the only lights that were on were one or two on the stairs leading up to Mr.Jackson's bedroom. yet, he magically was able to see alot of vivid details about what Mr.Jackson was doing, and that he had his eyes closed. and that there was vodka in the room. he observed all of that when he claims he only stood at the stairs for no more than 4 seconds with the lights turned off inside the room.

* Star told the grand jury that he was five-feet-two tall at the time. and Mr.Mesereau pointed that out because Star says he witnessed Michael Jackson molest his brother 2 times while he was standing on the stairs on two separate occasions. and it was impossible for someone that short to have seen what he claims he saw on those stairs. in fact, Mr. Mesereau wanted to take the jury to Neverland and especially to the stairs for them to see, but the judge wouldn't allow it.

also, Star's testimony about the molestation itself doesn't make much sense, and the reason it doesn't make sense is this :

(btw, if he was looking to the left like star said, he should be facing Michael not have his back to him.. but anyway) ...
an even better question is, if it was possible, why would Michael put himself through so much trouble? LMAO! it would just be easier to put his right hand inside Gavin's pants and jerk off with the left.
and before anyone thinks I'm over analyzing things, Star mentioned this more than once and made it clear how and where both MJ and Gavin were on the bed. and he described the second molestation he claimed he saw as Michael doing the same thing, the only difference is that the second time, his brother was on his back.

* star gave different descriptions about seeing MJ molest gavin each time he was asked. what he said to the Santa Barbara Sheriffs was different to what he said to the grand jury, to what he said to psychologist Stanley Katz, to what he said on the stand. for example : Star told Dr.Katz that the second time he saw MJ molesting gavin, MJ was rubbing his penis against Gavin's butt, but in court he denied ever saying that. he also told Katz that he smelled marijuana. he denied that in court too and said he doesn't even know what marijuana smells like.
that was just some of the stuff that Star told Dr.Katz that he denied on the stand.

- Another thing that doesn't make any sense is Star and his brother knowing the master code which would open every door in Neverland, yet they still stuck with the "falsely imprisoned" story. how can you be held against your will when you can simply punch in a code, open the door, and go over an approximately 1 meter wooden fence? lol

- IMO, one of the most hilarious parts of his testimony was the "no clocks at Neverland" part :

January 9, 2006 -- SANTA ANA, Calif. — Michael Jackson, having licked kiddie-sex charges just months ago, has been quietly fighting molestation claims made by a young man who says Jackson forced him into cosmetic surgery and stole music he composed as a toddler, court documents say.

The accuser, 20, filed complaints against Jackson in a July 25 lawsuit that flew completely under the public radar — in part because the handwritten, paper-thin grievance included no details, or even a lawyer representing the plaintiff.

Then he hired lawyers from nearby Newport Beach on Oct. 11, and his civil action in Orange County Superior Court suddenly picked up new details and several additional co-defendants, including Jackson's corporate entity, Sony.

The accuser, whose name is being withheld by The Post, claimed he was sexually abused by Jackson from 1987, when he was 2, until Dec. 21, 1999 — and that The King of Pop's corporate handlers knew it was happening.
The amended complaint filed by lawyer Michael Mattern also alleged that Jackson was "subjecting plaintiff to unnecessary cosmetic-surgery procedures."

The lawsuit didn't detail what the accuser allegedly had nipped or tucked at The Gloved One's behest. But Mattern said the most glaring procedures gave his client noticeably red lips, resembling the garish makeup Jackson often wears in public, and a pronounced cleft chin.

Not only did he attack Jackson as a pervert, he also blasted The King of Pop as an intellectual thief. He said he came up with lyrics and melodies between ages 2 and 12 that Jackson stole.

The plaintiff's name isn't new to The King of Pop and cops. When deputies raided Neverland in fall 2003, Santa Barbara County authorities said they wanted to put any past or new Jackson accusers on the witness stand — and he stepped forward.

Santa Barbara County investigators interviewed the accuser at length, but authorities didn't believe his story would stand up in court, law-enforcement sources said.

All the options above were excuses given by Janet Arvizo the last Jackson accuser. Not much difference in how ridiculous the claims can get against Mr. Jackson and still be believed. All you need is Michael Jackson on the defendant chair to believe ANYTHING against him, it does not matter how ridiculous the accusations are. Just ask Tom Sneddon.

Let's have a little exercise in logic, shall we?
To begin, the timeline and testimony given by the prosecution in the trial alleged that Gavin was not molested until shortly before "escaping" Neverland for the last time1 (remember, they escaped and went back a few times). That means that Michael Jackson allegedly began molesting Gavin after the Bashir documentary set of a worldwide media craze, with everyone speculating about inappropriate behavior by Mr. Jackson and while Mr. Jackson was being investigated by the Department of Child and Family Services. So, our first question is why would he molest Gavin while under all of this public scrutiny? It is clearly not a logical time to do so. One might answer 'because pedophiles are often impulsive and cannot control their behavior'. And that might be a valid answer except for the fact that Michael Jackson had known Gavin since late summer of 2000. If we are to believe that he was such an impulsive pedophile, then why was he able to control those impulses for about the first two and a half years that he knew Gavin, but not able to control he impulses when he is being investigated for something, according to Gavin's testimony, had not happened yet? Maybe Michael Jackson heard the speculation that he was allegedly molesting this young man and thought 'hey, what a good idea! Why didn't I think of that in the last 2+ years I have known Gavin! I'll go molest him now while the media, DCFS, and cops are watching me'.

Buy wait, there is more. The prosecution's timeline during the trial argued that the alleged molestation happened between Feb 20th and March 12th (the day the Arvizo's left Neverland for the last time). Gavin testified that the molestation did not occur immediately before leaving Neverland, but at least a few days before and at one point even said as much as a week before, which would narrow the timeline to Feb 20th to March 5th. The DCFS investigation lasted until Feb 27th, according to the report filed by the DCFS. Also keep in mind that Mark Geragos had told Michael Jackson to avoid the Arvizos during this time and that the Arvizos had left Neverland and returned several times during this time period. In addition, Michael Jackson was out of state for portions of this time and was not even at Neverland.

So, let's review. During our approximate 15 day timeline (Feb 20th to March 5th), we have:
-Worldwide media frenzy started by the Bashir documentary aired on Feb 6th that sparked public speculation over inappropriate behavior on the part of Mr. Jacksons with the boy, Gavin, that appeared in that documentary. Although Gavin testified that nothing inappropriate had happened (originally yes, but he then changed his story) yet at the time of the documentary and in fact not until after the DCFS interviewed him on Feb 16th.
-Michael Jackson being investigated by the DCFS (beginning Feb 14th and ending Feb 27th with a finding that the accusations were unfounded)
-The Arvizo's 'escaping' Neverland three times
-Michael Jackson being out of state for part of the time period
-Mark Geragos advising Michael Jackson to cut all ties with the Arvizos and avoid them
And we are to believe that Michael Jackson molested Gavin amid all of this? The idea is illogical and really quite laughable.

Q. Now, were you aware in March of ‘03 that the Arvizo family was still at Neverland?
A. I think they had come and gone, was my 10321 understanding back then, in March of ‘03.

Q. All right. Is there a reason you didn’t call Michael Jackson directly, given that he is your -- was your client --
A. Well --
Q. -- and tell him to send the Arvizo family home? Is there a reason you didn’t do that?
A. Because I don’t believe, at the time when I 10322 had that conversation, that Michael was even at Neverland. I don’t think Michael was there then.
Q. Did you make any effort to determine when Michael Jackson would be at Neverland?
A. Well, when you say, “make an effort to determine,” I believe at one point he was out of state and -- in March, and I was informed of that, and so that’s -- that was the basis for my opinion.

As you would noticed in the testimony that is highlighted Gavin said he was molested after the social workers went to his home, however, in previous statements with Stan Katz and the police he had said BEFORE.

After the documentary the Arvizo family was visited by the Los Angeles Department of Children Services, the family was interviewed and they denied any type of abuse. The family then went to their first civil attorney, Mr. Dickerman then sent them to Larry Feldman who then sent them to Stan Katz. What the family told Stan Katz would dramatically be different from what they later told the police. Many people believe that Gavin Arvizo was the only person in the Arvizo family who has accused Jackson of molestation. In fact in their original complaint the Arvizos also accused Jackson of molesting Star Arvizo. In their original complaint Jackson was also accused of providing alcohol to the three Arvizo teenagers: Gavin, Star and Davellin. However, Jackson was never charged with such. Why? In other words the actual molestation counts decreased from the time Gavin spoke to the cops to the time Gavin spoke to the grand jury. Confusing? It shouldn't be, if you believe this family is telling the truth, correct? Let's review three of the MAJOR things that changed during the case:

So who says differences hurt? It sure didn't hurt Mr. Jackson.

My question for Tom Sneddon is how come Michael Jackson wasn't charged with molesting Star Arvizo? So, me and my eternally molested and kidnapped family have just been ‘kidnapped’… again, and flown to Miami for a press conference that never happened and were all bungled into a room with ‘Daddy Michael’ and told not to watch the bad tv show. We were there for two nights and then flown back to LA.. On the airplane back I’m sitting there looking out the window of the plane with my back to ‘Daddy Michael’ and ‘Anton‘, I gets up to go and look about only to be shocked at what I saw!!

So I see my baby‘s greazy lice raddled head being rasped, by a man, not just any man, but Michael Jackson. The same Michael Jackson who is allegedly scared to death of germs to the point where he allegedly bathed in mineral water and sat in hotel rooms with an Oxygen mask on breathing oxygen straight from a can.

Why were you so somber looking after Michael was acquitted of all charges against him? Why do you feel that Michael was acquitted because of "celebrity" when in reality all of the jurors explained point-by-point exactly why they acquitted him and celebrity was ruled out as a factor very early on, Diane? Angel was a cook at Neverland, he was also Davellin Arvizo's boyfriend.

In court it was revealed that Davellin Arvizo spent a lot of her time at Neverland with a young cook named Angel. However, when Davellin talked to the police, she never mentioned Angel or her relationship with him, why? Well, Davellin and her family told the police the family was held against their will at Neverland, Davellin told the police she was always left alone at Neverland because she was a girl. When in fact, Angel testified, Davellin spent a lot of her time with him; in fact it was revealed in court documents that they had a sexual relationship. However, on the stand she said she had never met Angel. So, when the family was held against their will at Neverland they were allowed sexual favors from cooks? I guess I am just trying to make sense of what is like to be kidnapped in a place like Neverland. A place where you're kidnapped and allowed to go shopping, attend odontologist's appointments (yes, one of the Arvizo kids had braces, I believe it was Anton himself) and go back to their house and come back over and over again. It must have been terrible for them. Sadly for them Michael Jackson wasn't around, yes, that's why the molestation dates were changed three times, right Anton? Because you guys (along with Sneddon) realized Michael wasn't around. So the dates had to be changed (more on the fact the molestation dates were changed three times later on this week) Sometimes I wonder while Davellin was kidnapped and Angel was with her, did she think Angel's penis was a phone with a direct line to 911? In 1993, many people in the media rejoiced the possibility of Michael Jackson going to prison based on a drawing of a "penis" made by Evan Chandler allegedly described by his son Jordan Chandler. For a decade many people have thrown that idea of a description as proof Michael Jackson molested Jordan Chandler. In fact, many in the media have the balls to proclaim the drawing was a 100% match. However, I am not sure even a man looking at his own penis, and drawing it can have a 100% match, but that’s the logic of certain people in the media. Any logic that promotes the lie they’ve been promoting for 10 years that Michael Jackson is guilty of molestation. And I want to give my readers a scenario: Let’s pretend the drawing was 100% a match, Evan Chandler still sued Michael Jackson and refused to go to a criminal trial. Wouldn’t you as a parent be rejoiced to have such concrete proof to put the person that harmed your child in prison? Well, I guess The Chandler$ are different kind of parent$. I would like any male who believes Michael Jackson is guilty based on a drawing to draw their own private parts without looking at it and then tell me if it is a PERFECT MATCH. And this woman also helped Evan Chandler with the supposed description of the penis and butt who according to many smartasses in the media was a PERFECT MATCH. I also want to add the fact this description of the penis (looks more like a mushroom to me) describes a penis that is circumcised, I do not know if Jackson is circumcised, however, I do know he was born into a Jehovah Witness family, so the chances of Jackson been circumcised as a child decreased. You know what Janet; we came to find out that the hospital where Anton was treated for cancer; the expenses were actually free. Hey, Janet do you remember the Thanksgiving when Connie Freeman delivered to you the turkey and you turned it down for money?

Oh and speaking of INSURANCE that same insurance covered Anton when you staged that fund raiser at the Laugh Factory where comics including Louise Palanker were under the impression you had no money to pay for expenses! Remember that! Oh how can we forget!Talk about scripted hmm if you were so forced to do that rebuttal film how come even your friend Diane Dimond commented on how heavily made up you were. How you even tried to take over and direct. Let's remember your words correctly. "Hey you see I am holding his hand GET THAT!" My family once had this disgusting apartment on Soto Street, in East LA, where we would take our victims; people we intended to con. We didn’t live in that apartment, we only had it for show and tell....we’d show people that apartment, and then we’d tell them that we were poor. We fooled so many people, I wasn’t able to keep count of how many, but there were heaps. All the people that we took to that apartment, would then give us gifts and money. Here are some of my favorite "we fooled them" memories:

One time, a lady brought us a turkey for Christmas, because we told her that we were poor, and my mommy got angry at her. My mommy told her that we didn’t want the turkey, we wanted money. I don’t know why, but that lady never came back.

Another time, my mommy wanted me and my brother to take dance lessons, and my mommy told the owners of the dance studio that we were poor, so they gave us free lessons....that was around the time my mommy, me, my brother, and my real daddy got money from JCPenney’s.

We also got money and gifts from actor Chris Tucker and his girlfriend, because we told them that we were poor.

Comedians George Lopez and Louise Palanker, along with weather presenter Fritz Coleman, gave us too many things to mention, but most importantly, Louise Palanker gave us $20,000; we once tried to move in with her, but she wouldn't let us.

Some local police officers even raised money for us after I showed them my cancer scars, and we told them that we were poor.

We have fooled so many people, gosh, it’s unbelievable....but true. And the entire time that we were fooling all the people we fooled, Michael (Jackson, aka, King of Pop) was paying for my medical bills, even though I had no medical bills (but Michael didn’t know that 'cause we lied to him), and he was sending me and my family whatever we wanted; some of Michael’s friends gave us money, too....we told them all that we were poor. But I don’t know what’s happened to all that money. I think my mommy spent most of it on votive candles, and my brother spent the rest at McDonald’s. My brother eats a lot!!

Last night I had a nightmare. It was horrible, I can tell. I still cringe looking at my Mom's words sometimes. Why did we put her on the stand? Why did we!? It could have all went so well, but she so so screwed it. Doh!! Look what she said to Michael's attorney last April 15th:

Next time Diane Dimond talks about Michael Jackson, I suggest she mention how the timeline of the alleged molestation changed to make a sham case appear less sham.. how the Arvizos, their lawyer, and Jamie Masada, who got together often during the time the Arvizos claimed they were allegedly being held against their will by Michael Jackson, never called the police.. how Gavin was a troublemaker long before he met Michael Jackson (he accused his own mother of abuse).. how Janet Arvizo's husband, her then boyfriend, spent days upon days with her while she was allegedly being held against her will. And how professional people, with no connection to Michael Jackson, took the stand and testified about the Arvizos inappropriate, often dangerous behavior. Wow the Arvizos offered various stories as to what actually happened. When compared to their grand jury testimony, trial testimony, what they told Stan Katz (the psychologist), and what they told the police, and you will see there were a lot of inconsistencies.

Louise Palanker might not like to admit it, but, the Arvizo family (who she gave $20,000 to set up a germ free room for Gavin, but spent the money on unnecessary items instead, and did not pay the contractor) tricked, conned, duped, used her. And, Louise, if you value the Arvizos as much as you claim to, why didn't you bother calling Janet to see how she and her children were doing, after Janet called you, claiming that she and her children were being held against their will? A friend would not only immediately contact the police, which, you did not do, but would follow up to see what happened.

I have read Diane's book, and found it to be very biased. The majority of it is based on information by tabloid pawns, who lied for money, and owe Michael Jackson money. She did not provide the facts, the evidence, that point to Michael Jackson's innocence.

New York Post honors Anton's blog!

How are you? I hope you're doing fine. I am writing to you after reading your review about Diane Dimond's book Becareful Who You Love. My question is did you follow the Michael Jackson case? Did you ever read the actual court transcripts? Because your review makes it seem as if Diane has previously unknown information about the cases. When in fact, it is only unknown to those who never followed these cases closely, and instead hear little bits and pieces in the media and conclude Michael Jackson is guilty. None of the information she revealed is secret and some of it, it's flat out speculation on her part. If you have followed the cases like many of us have done, you would be shocked to know Diane has left out the side of the story that makes Michael Jackson look like a victim of extortion. One of the biggest flaws in her books is the description of the body search done on Michael Jackson.

Even though a lot of photos of Michael Jackson's body were taken, the one photo that would have, allegedly, proven that there was a match, wasn't taken. How stupid does Diane think people are? The book is a big apology for the families who ran to civil attorneys; one sued Michael Jackson, two settled for millions of dollars. Diane always asks the question “Why did Michael Jackson settle? However, my question is why did these families settle? Michael Jackson had every reason to settled, these families morally had none. And LeMont, if you bother to read the settlement papers, which were leaked last year; you would be also surprised to find out; The Chandlers (1993 family) agreed on the settlement that Mr. Jackson had done nothing to their son. Now my question to you is? Would you have signed such document? Are you a parent? Where was Evan Chandler during the 2003 case? Perhaps enjoying the million dollars he personally obtained from the settlement?

One question I still can’t find answers to, why not one of these families went to the police 1st when they found out their child was molested; instead each family ran to civil lawyers. And two of those families ran to the same civil lawyer, Larry Feldman. Maybe Diane left that part out of her book? That it wasn’t the families who reported the abuse to the police, it was third parties, one of the parties included Larry Feldman and Stan Katz, the same team that obtained millions of dollars in 1993 and attempted to do the same in 2003. Did you read in the book anything about Janet Arvizo the mother of the current accuser, meeting in a parking lot with Tom Sneddon before charges were filed against Michael Jackson? And you know what Tom Sneddon was there to do? To give Janet Arvizo documents so she could obtain money from the California victim state’s fund, which guarantees money to anybody that makes an accusation of sexual abuse, even if the person accused is later found not guilty. How do I know this? I read the court transcripts! If it wasn’t in Diane’s book, then how was Diane not biased?

What about the ex-employees who are the main source of information for her book, what about their backgrounds? Do you know those ex-employees owe Michael Jackson million of dollars in damages? And it was awarded to him by a Santa Maria court in 1994. And do you know why a Santa Maria court ruled against the same ex-employees who are now the main sources in Diane’s book? Well, I will not tell you. If Diane is as unbiased as you stated, then you should know every detail about the backgrounds of these ex-employees. Diane is very proud to say one of those employees passed two lie detector tests to once again prove they’re not lying. Ted Bundy passed lie detector tests, the BTK killer passed lie detectors, and Jeffrey Dahmer passed lie detector tests! What if Michael Jackson would’ve taken and passed a lie detector test, would Diane even considered that a sign of innocence? I think not.

It is my opinion LaMont Jones that you already thought Michael Jackson was guilty before reading this book. In my opinion it does not matter how shady the other side accusing Michael Jackson is as long as Michael Jackson is the defendant, he will always be guilty in some people’s minds. All you need is Michael Jackson to believe the allegations, right LaMont? As far as Diane, she is obviously biased against Mr. Jackson going back to when Diane herself was sued by Jackson for slander in 1994. However, like many in her profession she claimed “she didn’t know her sources were lying…” so she was taken out of the lawsuit. And I wonder, when does Diane Dimond know her sources are lying or not?

Jackson witness admits lying in sex abuse trial

Boy who said he saw the singer fondling his brother had made false allegations in an earlier case

THE brother of the boy accusing Michael Jackson of child molestation admitted to the defence yesterday that he had lied under oath in a previous sexual abuse and false imprisonment case.

Star Arvizo, 14, made the admission only 24 hours after telling the jury that he had seen the singer with his hand down the pants of his older brother, Gavin, now 15. He said the abuse happened at Mr Jackson’s Neverland ranch in 2003.

It was yet another bad day for the prosecution, which has struggled to make credible witnesses out of the Arvizo family. The boys’ mother, Janet Arvizo — now Janet Jackson, after marrying a Major Jay Jackson — reported Mr Jackson’s alleged abuse three months after it happened after a meeting with Larry Feldman, the lawyer who negotiated an out-of-court settlement with the singer in 1993.

The boys first revealed Mr Jackson’s alleged abuse during a session with Dr Stanley Katz, a psychologist, who worked for Mr Feldman.

During his calm although sometimes sardonic cross-examination, Thomas Meserau Jr, Mr Jackson’s defence lawyer, repeatedly brought up two other cases in which the Arvizo family made claims of sexual abuse and false imprisonment. One of the cases was against Janet Arvizo’s former husband, David; the second was against security guards at the J C Penney department store.

The family accused David Arvizo of everything from molestation to killing their pet ferret. The family won $144,500 in damages from J C Penney after saying that security guards falsely imprisoned the family and sexually abused Mrs Arvizo after finding Gavin in the car park with clothing that had not been purchased.

Mr Meserau asked Star, the fifth witness in the case, if he remembered saying in a sworn statement during the 2000 J C Penney case that his mother and father “never fought”. Star said he did not remember and was then shown a copy of his deposition. Asked if he had told the truth, Star said “no”.

He was then shown another part of his J C Penney statement, in which he said his father never hit him. He admitted that was also a lie. “Please tell the jury why you lied under oath?” a weary-sounding Mr Meserau asked. Star shrugged. “I don’t remember,” he said. “It was a long time ago.”

Mr Jackson, wearing a black suit, black armband and silver waistcoat, looked up at the young witness from his seat at the defence table. Star and his sister, Davellin Arvizo, who was in the witness box last week, have both testified at length about how their father physically abused them at their home in Los Angeles.

Mr Meserau also accused Star of giving different descriptions to various government agencies of the two separate times when he said he saw Mr Jackson molesting his brother. Star told the court that he saw the abuse from the lit stairway leading up to the singer’s darkened bedroom. Gavin was asleep at the time, he said.

“You have given different descriptions about what Michael Jackson was wearing and what Gavin was supposed to have been wearing when you saw them on the bed,” Mr Meserau said. Star replied: “I do not remember exactly what I said.”

The defence continued: “You have given different descriptions about what Michael Jackson did in the bedroom. There were times you said that Michael Jackson put his hand on top of your brother’s underwear, times when you said he put it inside his underwear, and times when you said your brother was wearing pyjamas and times when he was wearing underwear.”

Again, Star said he could not remember, a line that the jury has heard countless times from both Star and his sister, Davellin, when she was giving evidence. Mr Mesereau said: “There were times you said Michael Jackson touched your brother’s butt and not his crotch. Did you ever tell anyone that when you saw Michael Jackson in bed with your brother he was rubbing his butt?” Star replied “no”.

Mr Meserau pressed on: “You never said it to Dr Stanley Katz, to the sheriffs or to the Grand Jury?” Star replied “no”.

In spite of saying that he lied under oath, Star told the jury that he had always been told to tell the truth by his family.

Referring to recorded police interviews, Mr Mesereau said: “You were asked if you knew the difference between right and wrong, and you said you learnt it from your mother?” Star replied: “Yes. She taught us that our whole lives.”

Mr Mesereau continued: “And you told police that lying is a sin?” Star mumbled: “Yes, I think so.” Mr Jackson denies ten counts, including abuse, kidnapping and extortion. The case continues.

The Reason Why Michael Jackson was found "NOT GUILTY "...

according to Diane *I am as unbiased as Tom Sneddon is handsome* Dimond, the reason why the jurors in the case returned 14 NOT GUILTYs is because they were 'confused' and 'star struck'. Hmmmmm...I'm wondering which part they were most confused about, Diane. Was it the part where our protector of Michael Jackson pedophelia 'victims', Tom Sneddon, told the jurors that Macaulay Culkin, Wade Robson, and Brett Barnes were molested by Michael Jackson, only to have them get on the stand and state the EXACT OPPOSITE? Or was it the part where our "SANTA BARBARA D.A. OF THE MILLENIUM', Tom Sneddon, told them that Debbie Rowe would get on the stand and say all sorts of incriminating things about Jackson only to have her get up there and cry and swoon over how wonderful Michael is and how after dating him no one else could ever compare? Perhaps it was the comedy in the case that confused the jurors the most. You know the part where Macaulay vehemently denies being molested and the world's most honorable man, Tom Sneddon, says that Macaulay only THINKS he wasn't molested because Michael molested him IN HIS SLEEP! Unfortunately for Cold Man Tom Sneddon, Macaulay Culkin doesn't have the IQ of 23 like the grifters Uncle Tom picked off the street to falsely accuse Michael Jackson and he replied with 'I think something like that would wake me up'. Thank you Macaulay Culkin. Or maybe the jurors were confused by the fact that the prosecution kept going on about what a compulsive pedophile Jackson is, yet, all they found in his house was quite a large collection of HETEROSEXUAL PORNOGRAPHY. THe prosecution claimed that Jackson used the hetero porn to 'seduce' Gavin. At which point the jury must have asked themselves 'is this the same Gavin that said that he had doubts about his sexuality and was seen leaning his head on Michael's shoulder in the Living With Michael Jackson Documentary?' It's kind of hard to 'seduce' a homosexual with hetero porn, dont you think, Diane? I think instead of writing fictional stories about what you fantasize Michael Jackson doing to boys, you should rethink your stance on why Michael Jackson was found NOT GUILTY of ALL THE BOGUS CHARGES YOUR TOMMY BOY WORKED TEN YEARS ON! - Dimond says that she and her husband wrote a book about the "Baby M" case but it was never published. Jackson book was the first one she wrote.

Perhaps the book publisher realized you do don’t really give a crap about Baby M, unless Michael Jackson is involved.

- Dimond says she "just kept getting sucked back into [The Michael Jackson] story."

- Dimond talks about Ray Hultman suing his agent and dropping out of his book deal.

Why is he dropping out…because the reception wasn’t as expected?

- Palanker says Larry Garrison (publisher) wanted her to go on shows to talk about the Arvizos.

Sadly, talk shows do not want a tabloid reporter who used to work for Hard Copy.

- Palanker said she didn't feel comfortable doing so because she didn't want to be exploiting the situation. (yet, after the verdict she was *all over* the networks and radio stations)

The conduct of a real journalist…

- Schoen is proud of Dimond and thrilled that she got to write the book and that she got a "Class A" publisher to put it out. He says the response has been pretty good. (Yeah, if he considers 1,900 sales in two weeks to be pretty good )

- Dimond says after the trial she had 45 days to finish the book. So she raced home to New York. The early stuff was already down, the last 45 days was everything that happened in Santa Maria.

The verdict ruined your book, didn’t it Diane?

- Dimond said she wrote "hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pages" and then talks about the title of her book.

Are you 99.9% sure of that?

- Dimond says there were days that she didn't even get out of her pajamas. She'd wake up at 5AM and work on the book until night never leaving her place.

Of course you didn’t leave the office! All you need is your imagination.

- Dimond says the furthest that she had to go to get to a bottom of the story had to be the Jackson story.

I would have to ask Sneddon that….how really low you really went….

- Dimond says she started investigating Michael Jackson in 1993 and doesn't feel that she's finished with it yet. She is not satisfied that we know the truth. "Here I've written this book, but I just don't feel like we know the truth. I know what the verdict was, but I also know that three jurors came out afterwards and oops, can we get a do-over? (I thought she said in one of her book promotion interviews that she was done with Jackson and ready to move on?)

Of course you’re not finished yet, revenge does not end with a book, it ends with death. Right Diane? WITH A CRASH! RIGHT? Can’t wait to see that crash?

- Dimond says she doesn't know if Michael will last another ten years. Says that from her sources she believes he is a "Class A" substance abuser. Talks about him doing drugs and alcohol and how bad he looked during the trial. (Stacy Brown said this exact "10 years" thing towards the end of the trial)

That’s when you will achieve revenge…

- Palanker says he doesn't look human and that your brain stops accepting him as an individual - he's more like a statue. Dimond says nothing moves on his face except his eyelids.

And that’s why is so easy to treat him this way? Right?

- Dimond says she has sources close to Michael Jackson. Talks about how she gets sources, by taking them out to lunch and so-forth. Her husband says she gets sources because she is friendly and reports stories as she is told them.

I am sure you’re really friendly! Right Sneddon.

- "In July of 2003, I got a call from my source that I had always stayed in touch with since the '93 accuser. And, I found out they were going to raid Neverland. Well that was July. I had to wait until November -- I couldn't tell anybody."

Sneddon is surely a nice boy.

- "And she had to sell it to her superiors at CourtTV. And she said "I have a story. Trust me. Send me a producer and a crew, and trust me." And they did."

And then they fired you after the story was over.

- "They said where are you going? And I said I can't tell you. I said, just let me take a producer. I'm going to hire a couple of crews, I'm going to bill it to you, and they said hmm, okay."

I can tell you how it ended: Diane Dimond still nothing but a tabloid reporter.

- Palanker says that she used to be just a source to Dimond, until she offered her a cheese ball. Now she's a source with the cheese ball. (?)

I am not surprised here.

- Dimond describes Palanker in her book as "a short, attractive blond with glasses." Dimond's husband wouldn't disagree with that.

Who says this book is based on facts? LMAO.

- Palanker says her book is a page turner that sucks you in and that she loved the last page where Dimond speaks about Zonen and the prosecution being so amazing and invested.

They were so amazing they lost the case.

- Dimond met with the entire prosecution team when they called the family the day after the verdict. She talked about how they were so upbeat after just losing.

I am not sure this makes any sense even to Diane.

- Dimond talks about her job at Hard Copy and how she followed up on stories. Says the process sometimes takes a long time. Says some stories are easier and black and white. Boring.

Michael Jackson is not boring right? lol

- Lots of talk about Zombies and how Dimond would go about interviewing them -- she would try but she would make sure her husband had her back.

Your husband must be a zombie himself to be marry to a woman who screams the “Michael Jackson…” during sex.

- Lovely love story about her and her husband first meeting. When they first met Dimond was actually married already - but on the last legs of her marriage. Dimond ran out when they were first supposed to meet for a drink. Then she called back, Dimond said "I had to leave, you were too tempting." Enough of this already.

Sneddon….watch out…

- Husband talks about reporting on the war and what his job now. Shares stories about stories, et cetera.

Did you meet Jay Jackson over there? He fights the war in Iraq, but couldn’t protect his own family from a kidnapping.

- Dimond talks about the OJ case being one of the first to be televised as it was. Says that the lawyers found out how exciting it was to be on television and how star struck everyone was. Says some of the Jackson jurors admitted they went home to watch the news and such.

And they still didn’t buy all your spinning! lol

- Palanker said when she was on the stand she could tell just how excited all these jurors were to be there because they were star struck. She said especially "Roly Poly Curly" -- I believe she is referring to Melissa H.. (Funny, I thought all the reporters talked about how serious and poker-faced the jurors were, Palanker must have a sixth sense).

They were excited about who? Palanker? LOL

- Dimond says that 5-6 jurors were diehard Michael Jackson fans -- according to one of the jurors (Hultman or Cook).

You have to excuse the verdict somehow! lol

- Dimond says that Hultman talked to her after the verdict and said "I think he's a pedophile" but said that during deliberation all the other jurors explained everything in a different way and that caused reasonable doubt. Gavin was just starting to feel comfortable and safe enough to put up a MySpace page which every kid just has to do these days (umm, no they don't). They put up pictures of themselves, but somebody swooped in and figured out it was him, they are posting horribly salaciously, vicious, malicious, untruths as Gavin and taking swipes at Dimond and me.

Michael treated us like family. He let us visit Neverland whenever we wanted to, loved us unconditionally, tried to make me feel better when I was very ill with cancer, paid for my medical bills, even though I didn't have medical bills (but he didn't know that because we lied to him), sent us expensive gifts, remembered us at Christmas time, put up with my crazy mommy, and how did we thank him?...We falsely accused him. SHAME ON THE ARVIZO-JACKSONS!!

Why would critics of Michael Jackson question the Chandlers whom sued Michael Jackson and settled (it takes two to settle) the case for million of dollars. Why would they question taking money for an alleged molestation when the critics themselves make money out of the allegations as well?
